We offer two convenient options to return an online purchase:
Return to Warehouse:
For an immediate refund, including shipping and handling fees, return your purchase to any ZenShop warehouse. To find your nearest location, please visit our warehouse locator.
Accepted payment methods differ online and in the warehouse. If you are returning an online purchase to the warehouse, please check our list of accepted payments to which the refund can be placed. If possible, the refund will be placed on the card used for the purchase.
Return or Replacement on ZenShop.com:
To request a return or replacement on ZenShop.com:
- Log into your account through Sign In / Register.
- Select Orders & Returns.
- Choose the Return or Replace Items button next to the appropriate order, and follow the prompts to complete your return or replacement request.
- Receive your return label immediately or schedule a pickup (where eligible). For large items, you'll be sent an email with additional instructions.
You can return or replace your online purchase through ZenShop.com for the following reasons:
- You’re dissatisfied with the item
- You purchased it by mistake
- The item received is defective or damaged
- The item received is incorrect
- You received duplicate items
- You refused upon delivery due to damage to the item or box
- An item is missing (replacement only)
- The shipment is lost
Please Note:
- If you are having issues scheduling your online return or replacement, please check our list of items that cannot be returned through ZenShop.com Self Service.
- Items returned through ZenShop.com will be refunded* - including shipping and handling fees - and will be credited to the credit card used to place your order. You won’t be charged for the return shipping.
- Select items require additional processing time before a refund is issued.
